Mailbox and working configuration
The active mailbox credential, profile and signature persist for the invited owner until replaced, disconnected or removed through an authorized operation. The mailbox server remains the authoritative email store.
Drafts, approvals and run history
Local drafts, proposals, groups, agent-run history and delivery outcomes remain available for continuity and review. Unsent local drafts are not mirrored into the provider's Drafts folder.
Exports and private assets
Requested downloads, ZIP exports and normalized signature logos live in the private artifact area. They are not public links and should be deleted when no longer needed.
Backups and deletion requests
Encrypted infrastructure snapshots can retain recently deleted state for operational recovery. Contact Vibosome for an owner-level deletion request and a current statement of the applicable backup window before relying on a deadline.
